In the late 1960s a group of scientists
at the National Academy of Science
of Belarus began developing
a systematic approach
to the categorisation and classification
of peat thus determining how
to maximise its use and efficiency.
The team was led by Academic Ivan Lishtvan and under him the team
focused on determining the structure
of peat and investigating
the hydrophilicity, heat and mass
transfer and also the rheology
of organic natural dispersed materials.
By the 1990s their developments were continued by, member of the RANS, A. I. Solidolov and Pavel Zheglatiy PhD, who finalised Lishtvan’s work regarding the
core chemistry and mechanics of peat
allowing us to identify the main
direction of its use in the economy.
We continued to work with other
organic fertiliser experts to develop
peat-based fertiliser that would
be significantly more efficient than
market competitors. And in the late
2010s our research was continued
at FIELDS. Their efforts here allowed
us to develop and produce Complex Organic Fertilisers that are based
primarily on humate extraction from
peat. Our team also branched their research into Activated Carbon,
created from peat, that has
a significantly higher molecular surface area than other forms of it, as well
as folic acids and humates that
are exceptionally effective. These technologies have been developed
by our dedicated team from the 1960
and have shown infinite potential
in the fields of fertilisers, water
treatment and food security.

of the National Academy
of Sciences of Belarus (1980; correspondent member since 1974), Doctor of Engineering Sciences (1969), Professor (1971). Foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2000). Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the BSSR (1978).
With 30 years of experience
in leading and developing
projects in ecology,
construction and HR
management. A certified
engineer in oil refinement equipment. Implemented
projects in the fields
of dendrology, soil cover restoration and natural
resource management.
Developed engineering
solutions in humate extraction
and the organisation
of production of plant
protection services.
The administrative CFO of the Eurasian Business council.
Within this role he managed
and carried out the formation
of interstate business cooperation within the EEC, SCO, BRICS and APEC. Oversaw the creation of the cross-national (within the EEC) cluster of “green energetics”; the formation
of an interstate holding company in processing of gas and coal raw materials; the creation
of an interregional water management system
in Western Kazakhstan.
20 years of experience
in international projects
in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Tanzania, Angola, Namibia in Oil&Gas, Mining, Agricultural sectors as well as HoReCa (Sochi 2014 Olimpic games infrastructure)
and international commodities trading for Private family company. Running from 2003 a 100 000 hectares vertically integrated agricultural holding in Central Russia.
